We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law.

Emails From Us

We email you about your order (download links and receipts). If you list your business in the CopOnline Directory, we also email you about that listing, including when it is due for renewal. We only send offers and news if you tick the optional box at checkout, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.

CopOnline Directory

If you choose to list your business in the CopOnline Directory, the business details you submit (name, category, location, phone, email, website and description) will be shown publicly once the directory launches. Listing is optional and only done with your consent. You can ask us to update or remove your listing at any time by emailing support@coponline.my.
